Boundaries to check before using either workbook
- Microsoft Excel XLSX is the primary verified environment.
- Google Sheets import is not guaranteed; recheck formulas, dates, validation, conditional formatting, and layout.
- The workbooks do not issue invoices, collect money, connect to banks, reconcile transactions, or maintain formal accounting records.
- No multi-user permissions, audit trail, platform API, inventory, tax, or legal workflow is included.
- A formula result cannot prove that an entered payment status or source amount is true.
Frequently asked questions
Does the workbook upload my spreadsheet?
No. The downloaded XLSX runs locally in your spreadsheet application. It does not ask for an account, connect to a bank, or upload your workbook to this site.
Can it issue invoices or reconcile a bank account?
No. It does not issue invoices, collect payments, connect to a bank, match transactions, maintain formal books, or provide accounting records.
When should I use the paid version?
Choose the paid Standard version when the 100-row limit or five Lite KPIs are not enough and you specifically need the listed 500-row monthly, chart, item, and channel analysis. Review every boundary before paying.
