How the purchased tier is proven

The storefront Version selected in the order controls the permitted use. The evidence chain is the buyer's required acceptance of this Terms URL, the storefront order record and Version, the version-specific delivery page, and the included license matrix.

A purchase receipt is supporting evidence when it displays the Version, but a receipt or price alone is not the sole license record. If a buyer-facing receipt omits the Version, the storefront order record or seller export must identify it. A storefront listing may offer fewer tiers or narrower rights.

Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the unmodified toolkit. Ownership and copyright do not transfer.

Personal — US$39

One named natural person may install and use the toolkit for that person's own files or the internal files of one organization that employs or owns the licensee.

Generated reports may circulate inside that one organization. Client-service use and delivery of generated reports to external clients are not permitted.

Consultant — US$129

One named natural person may use the toolkit internally and for up to 10 distinct external client organizations.

Generated reports may be delivered to those licensed clients as part of the licensee's own professional service. The toolkit, launcher, documentation, samples, blank files, and reusable source materials may not be delivered to a client.

Agency — US$299

One legal organization may allow up to five named staff members to install and use the toolkit internally and for up to 50 distinct external client organizations.

Generated reports may be delivered to those licensed clients as part of the agency's own professional service. Contractors count toward the five seats while they have access and must be bound by equivalent confidentiality and non-redistribution terms.

Rights and responsibilities for every tier

Permitted reports are the generated audit-report.xlsx, audit-summary.md, and audit-manifest.json after the licensee has reviewed them and obtained the necessary data rights.

No tier permits resale, redistribution, sublicensing, public posting, template bundling, PLR, MRR, source-code publication, a hosted or SaaS version, or giving another person access to the toolkit itself.

No tier permits removal of copyright or license notices, or claims that the toolkit performs a certified, statutory, accounting, financial, security, privacy, legal, regulatory, or compliance audit.

The buyer remains responsible for authorization, minimization, redaction, access control, interpretation, correction decisions, professional review, retention, deletion, and all applicable law and contract duties.

The toolkit provides rule-based review signals. It does not repair data and does not guarantee that every error, anomaly, fraud indicator, or business-rule violation will be detected.

Version 1.x maintenance updates may be supplied at the seller's discretion. A license does not promise future major versions, custom rules, integrations, or perpetual support.

Conflicts and narrower rights

If the storefront order Version, accepted Terms, the included matrix, local law, or a written seller addendum conflict, the narrower lawful permission applies. Contact the seller before any use not expressly permitted here.
