License boundary

The plain-language terms and deployment register are delivered together. There is no technical lock, and the pack does not pretend a license key can prevent static-file copying.
- Allowed — configure, customize, test, train, and hand off a copy for a licensed client while charging your own service fee.
- Not allowed — standalone resale, sublicensing, public sharing, or placement in a template marketplace, course download, membership, or shared library.
- Client rights — internal use of its customized copy only; no transfer to another organization.
- Buyer responsibility — contracts, permissions, privacy, backups, acceptance, payment, tax, security, and first-line support.
Is this PLR, MRR, or a template I can resell?
No. It is not PLR or MRR. The buyer must use the workbook within substantive discovery, configuration, customization, testing, training, or handoff services. The original, blank, and modified files cannot be sold or distributed as standalone products.
What counts as one client deployment?
Each separately contracted or billed external client organization that receives a customized copy consumes one deployment. Fixes, backups, and minor revisions for that same client do not consume another deployment. A used deployment cannot be moved to a different client.
Can the client pass the workbook to another company?
No. The client receives internal-use rights for its customized copy and cannot resell, sublicense, publish, or transfer it to another organization.
Does a license key technically stop copying?
No. A receipt or license key identifies a purchase but does not create technical access control for a static file. Capacity is governed by the purchased tier, license terms, and deployment register.
What support is included?
For 14 days after purchase, original-package download, extraction, opening, instruction, and reproducible original-formula issues are in scope. Client customization, APIs, third-party systems, data recovery, and accounting, tax, legal, or operating advice are excluded.
Is revenue, time savings, or client success guaranteed?
No. The files are provided as-is and do not guarantee clients, fees, collections, revenue, data accuracy, time savings, or suitability for every workflow.
